Delivery and returns
Is the delivery free in France ?
For Metropolitan France, the delivery is offered:
- from 150 euros in a relay point via Colissimo
- from 250 euros at home via Colissimo
You can also choose the Click & collect option to pick up your order for free in our store Passage Doré at 6, rue du Château d'Eau Paris 10e.
The Express option is also available in Metropolitan France, as well as delivery by courier in Paris Intramuros.
Do you deliver internationally?
We ship worldwide.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated during the order process according to your country and the volume of your order. You can make a simulation before the payment by entering your delivery address.
For deliveries outside the EEC zone, local customs fees/taxes may be applied to the import. These costs are charged to the customer and their amount depends on the country.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are often shipped the same day or within 1 to 5 working days maximum (except for personalized products, the manufacturing time is noted on each product sheet).
The delivery time depends on the country and the option chosen when ordering. A range is indicated when you place your order in your shopping cart.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, you can choose the Click & Collect option when you place your order, so that you can pick it up in our Passage Doré store at 6, rue du Château d'Eau Paris 10e.
The preparation time is generally 1 to 2 working days.
The store is open from Monday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm.
Is it possible to be delivered in a relay point?
We propose the delivery in point relay via Colissimo. You can choose directly your point of withdrawal during the order.
This option is only available in Metropolitan France.
How do I make a return?
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the items you no longer want (except for personalized products).
You just have to send us a message via the contact form of the website with your order number and the name of the products you want to return.
The products must be returned in their original condition and must not have been worn, washed or damaged. They must be in their linen pouch and accompanied by all the elements initially present (tote bag, maintenance card, etc.), as well as your name and order number. They must be returned (or dropped off) at the following address

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We advise you to send us the products with tracking and insurance to avoid any loss or theft. Once the parcel is received, we will proceed with the refund within 5 working days.
Is it possible to make a return directly to the Passage Doré store ?
Yes, you can return an order made on our website directly to our store Passage Doré at 6 rue du Château d'Eau 75010 Paris. Send us a message via the contact form of the site with your name and your order number, as well as the name of the products to return.
Products purchased from our resellers must be returned directly to the same store where they were purchased.
Customs fees and taxes
For all orders, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price of our creations.
Depending on the regulations in force in the country, customs fees may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Payment and gift card
Can I use more than one coupon code?
Only a promo code can be taken into account at the time of your order. They cannot be combined with gift cards.
What payment methods are accepted on the site?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe.
We also offer payment in 3x without fees from 400 euros with Alma.
Do you offer gift cards and how to pay with them?
We offer e-cards, valid only on our site for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
At the time of the order, you will receive directly by email the e-gift card containing a unique code. This code is to be entered at the time of payment when using the e-gift card.
If the amount of your order is less than the amount of the gift card, the balance will be automatically recalculated and you will be able to use it on a later purchase, within the limit of one year after the initial purchase date of the order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
If your product is in stock, your order will be shipped as much as possible the same day from Monday to Friday or within a maximum of 1 to 5 business days.
If your order is personalized, the manufacturing time is indicated in the product sheet and is added to the shipping time.
We also offer pre-orders on certain references, the specific shipping time is also noted in the product sheets concerned.
I received a defective item, what should I do?
Do not hesitate to contact us via the form on our site, we will find a solution to replace or repair the product as soon as possible.
My package is lost, what should I do?
Contact us via the contact form so that we can initiate a procedure with the carrier concerned to receive your order as soon as possible.
Manufacturing and maintenance
Where are your products made?
All our products are designed and created in Paris, then manufactured in France.
All keyrings are made in Paris. Bags, belts and small leather goods are made in our workshops in the Ile-de-France and Lyon regions.
Do you customize your products?
We offer customization on our keyrings and bookmarks only. You can customize them directly on our website!
Are your products guaranteed?
We repair all our creations without time limit and as far as possible. Just send us a message via the form on the site specifying your request.
Repairs related to a manufacturing defect are covered for one year.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of our products, wear and tear and aging of natural materials (leather, brass, gilding, cotton ...).
After one year, our workshop will establish an estimate according to the repair to be made (sometimes it remains free if it is a small repair!). It is sometimes possible to have some primers restored after several years, do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
How to maintain your products?
Our creations live on and develop a patina over time.
In order to use them for years to come, we recommend that you take care of them by following these care tips:
- When not in use, keep your creations inside their pouch, away from light, dust, heat and humidity.
- Avoid any contact with water or chemicals (such as hydroalcoholic gel), which could prematurely alter the leather and the gilding of the primers. Wait until your hands are dry before using your creation.
- Regularly clean the leather with a colorless cream or a special leather milk by massaging it with circular movements. This will nourish it and fade the micro-scratches.
- Waterproof your bag once a year, avoiding contact with the golden parts. It is wiser not to wear it when there is a heavy rainfall.
- If your bag gets wet, let it dry in the open air (not next to a heat source) without hanging it up so that it doesn't get deformed. You can then use it again when it is dry.
- If the leather has scratches, first try to massage it with a colorless cream and then, if that is not enough, with a tinted cream. We advise you to contact a leather professional who will be able to provide you with the most appropriate solution.
- If the gilding has faded over time, it is sometimes possible to dip them in a gold bath to give them back their original shine. Send us a message for more information.
Do you provide extra loops for your belts?
Our belt loops on the Aimée model are free, so it may happen that you lose one. Don't panic, contact us and we'll send you one free of charge!
Do you also manufacture for events or professionals?
We propose the manufacture and the personalization of small accessories (key rings, bookmarks...) for professionals or for special events. Do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form to present your project!
