A service that will always be there for you!
Whether your creation has been with you for 3 months, 1 year or 5 years, we propose an after-sales service for each of our lifetime creations. Need a hole on a belt, you have lost a belt loop, you need to have a clasp restored, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you so that you can keep and wear your creation as long as possible.
A repair
We are aware that our creations accompany you every day. With time and wear, it is possible to encounter a few small issues such as a magnet falling off or a seam that has become slightly disjointed. That is why we propose a repair service, so that you can continue to take your companion everywhere with you.
When we have the opportunity to help, we are delighted to do so. A more economical and environmentally friendly solution that allows you to keep your creation as long as possible.
A little makeover
You have had your creation for some time and its jewel needs to regain its original brilliance or you need to clean the leather edges again? This is entirely possible, just contact us.
An issue of length ?
Your belt is too small, do not hesitate to contact us for a special size. In the opposite case your belt or shoulder strap of your bag is too big, we have the possibility to add additional holes to shorten the length.
Have you lost a loop?
You have an Aimée or an Adèle belt and you have lost a belt loop? You have one of our bags and the loop fell off the shoulder strap and you can’t find it anymore? Don’t panic, we can provide you with a new one, just contact us!
